I am Akira Cerelis™ (ah-KEE-rah seh-REH-lis)—a PhD neuroscientist turned visionary AI artist, exploring the intersection of art, science, and philosophy.  My journey began in the study of the brain, understanding how we perceive reality.  Now, through AI-driven techniques, I push those boundaries further, reimagining sculptures, architecture, and iconic figures in ways that challenge perception and invite new interpretations.

 

As the founder and first artist of Akira Cerelis Art Studios LLC in the USA, I create art that is more than just a collection of images.  Each piece is part of a fully realized artistic statement, with a name, a theme, my thoughts, and the visuals that bring it to life.  Across my work, I transform history, mythology, and structure into something unexpected.  If my art sparks new thoughts, deeper questions, or meaningful action in you, then I am truly content.

 

Before publishing my work, I convert my creations into NFTs (non-fungible tokens) on the Ethereum blockchain, ensuring secure and transparent ownership traceability.  These digital NFTs are available for purchase for collectors and art enthusiasts who connect with my vision.

This series of 25 NFTs explores liberty—not as something fixed, but as something fluid and evolving.  Freedom is often seen as absolute, but Libertas Intertwined reveals its complexities. The Statue of Liberty—a symbol of liberation—is reimagined, entangled in spirals and surrounded by towering structures. The spirals, both fluid and constricting, reflect the ongoing struggle for freedom, while architectural barriers challenge whether liberty protects or confines.

 

These images do not provide answers—they ask questions.  As you engage with Libertas Intertwined, I invite you to reflect:  Are we truly free?  Does one person’s liberty come at another’s expense?  Is universal freedom even possible?  Through the purple flowers in this collection, I offer a symbol of wholehearted hope.
